Roles & Responsibilities:

Focal point for KPI and scope tracking
Risk management.
Coordination with onsite-offshore teams
Creation and updating of time schedule.
Input study as per checklist.
Execution as per standard work procedure
Self-review using checklist.
On-Time and On-Quality execution
Productivity improvements


Work Experience
Required Skills:

Part Transfer experience
Use of SAP (Mandatory)
Ability to manage and coordinate internal/external customer requirements.
Experience of continuous improvement and lean management
Proven ability to deliver under own initiative.
Proactive and Driven
Previous experience working within American aerospace companies.

General Engineering:

Familiarity with design (preference on Aero-Engine components and assemblies) Interacting/Presenting/Training: Suppliers, Buyers, Engineers, Management.
Comfortable interacting w/ multiple computer systems/software
Collaboratively engage daily with your Project/Team leader, Peers.
Maintain Integrity & Ethics in all situations.
Generate Continuous Improvement ideas to reduce Waste and Cost of Poor Quality
Help Quest Global grow while you learn and develop your career.

Required Skills (Technical Competency) / Attributes:

Relevant experience in: Quality Management System, Part Qualification (QA), Non-Conformance Management, and/or Continuous Improvement (Development).
Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook intermediate / advanced user (macros, pivot tables, VB Coding noteworthy)
Entering, probing, and extracting technical data within a MRP / ERP system (SAP preferred)
Self-motivated, disciplined, and organized - with ability to focus on semi-repetitive tasks
