Description
- Develop and implement change management strategies in line with company objectives
- Work collaboratively with teams to ensure smooth transition during change periods
- Analyse change impact and manage associated risk
- Facilitate training and workshops to support change initiatives
- Oversee communication efforts related to change
- Monitor progress and report on change management activities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address and alleviate any resistance to change
- Ensure all change initiatives meet legal, ethical and company standards
Profile
A successful Change Management Lead should have:
* Proven experience in change management.
* Extensive experience in development and deployment of processes
* Proven track record of leading structured improvement projects using DMAIC, DMADV, or Scrum Master approaches.
* Proficient in Data Analytics (e.g. PowerBI) would be ideal but not essential
* Holds a degree in an Engineering or Quality-related discipline
* Experience in managing interdependencies and integration across diverse functions and regions
* Ideally, has an understanding of ISO 9001 or ISO/TS 16949
Job Offer
- Day rate ranging from (Apply online only) per day (inside IR35)
- Initial contract of 6 month with strong potential for extension
- Hybrid working - minimum of 2 days per week in office (West Midlands)
