We’re hiring an Engineering Technician to join our Coventry-based production team. You'll operate and maintain key equipment (flow wrappers, multi-head weighers, conveyors, automated packing lines), resolve breakdowns, and ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operations.

Key Responsibilities of an Engineering Technician:

  • Operate, monitor, and adjust machinery to meet production targets
  • Diagnose and fix technical issues to minimise downtime
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning to prevent breakdowns
  • Support and train shift team members to optimise performance
  • Work with Engineering on asset care and performance improvements
  • Log issues and use Redzone to track production activity
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
  • Follow all health & safety and quality standards

The Ideal Engineering Technician will have:

  • Technical/engineering experience in food, FMCG, or manufacturing
  • Strong mechanical fault-finding skills
  • Familiar with Redzone or similar digital systems
  • Team player with a proactive mindset and attention to detail
