A well established Social Housing organisation is looking for a Seasonal Ground Maintenance Operative to join their company on the Estate and Services Team in the Coventry area. This role is offering a long term temporary position working in an easily commutable location.

Job Title: Ground Maintenance Operative
Location: Coventry

Contract type: Temporary
Hourly rate: �14.86ph paid weekly via umbrella

As a Ground Maintenance Operative, you will be:

• Carrying out general ground maintenance work on the estate (hedge cutting/ grass cutting/ litter picking
• Use of hand held petrol equipment
• Use of ride on mowers
• Be responsible for health and safety compliance

To be successful as a Ground Maintenance Operative, you will have:

• Previous experience in a similar role ( Ground Maintenance/ Grounds keeper/ Head Gardener/ Estate Maintenance Operative/ External Operative
• A driving license
