Vehicle Damage Assessor
Location: Coventry, West MidlandsSalary: £35,000 - £44,000 + Bonus Scheme
Monday - FridayOur client, a leading vehicle body repairer based in Coventry, have an exciting opportunity for a Vehicle Damage Assessor / VDA. Offering an excellent working environment and progression opportunities with a growing company.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Liaising with customer service to ensure the customer experience is managed with the highest level of service
- Answering and making phone calls
- Create assessment using Audatex
- Deal with Approved Manufacturers
- Sourcing Methods for repair
- Data inputting
- Imaging customers vehicles
- Achieve daily targets
- Adhere to company policies guidelines and health and safety regulations
Candidate Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 / ATA
- Audatex qualification (not essential as training can be provided)
- Confident using estimating systems
- Good customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
