Maintenance Handyperson - Coventry area - PERMANENT ROLE
No Qualifications required - however all applicants will need good time served experience in planned and reactive maintenance and repair work.
- £31,400 pa plus great OT rates and holiday pay
- Van and fuel card provided for you free
- 08.00-16.00 Monday to Friday
- Coventry and surrounding areas
Essential Requirements:
- All applicants must have good previous experience in planned and reactive maintenance work.
- All applicants must have experience with joinery repair, basic roofing repair, changing locks, pot hole repair etc

Duties:
- General maintenance -changing locks, handles, replacing a door handle, joinery maintenance
- Changing a tap, filling in potholes and other general maintenance work in commercial buildings

£31,400 plus very well paid OT, extra yearly holidays, plus you will be provided with a van, fuel card, tools and work wear.
