Freight Forwarder - European Road & Air Transport
27,000 - 33,000 per year | Full-time, Permanent

Are you an experienced Freight Forwarder looking to join a dynamic and growing logistics team? We are a leading provider of European transport solutions and customs clearance, with an established presence across Europe. We specialise in delivering bespoke, time-critical road and air transport solutions to global clients - and we're looking for the right person to strengthen our operations team.

• Handling customer enquiries via phone and email

• Providing competitive quotations and transport solutions to clients

• Negotiating rates with suppliers to ensure the best service and cost efficiency

• Tracking collections and deliveries, keeping clients updated throughout the process

• Proactively problem-solving and offering solutions to meet client requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar freight forwarding or logistics role

• Strong knowledge of European road freight operations (part load, full load, customs)

• Understanding of EU and UK customs procedures

• Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills

• Flexible, adaptable and detail-oriented, with the ability to think quickly under pressure

(Full training will be provided to support you in the role)

• Basic salary: 27,000 - 33,000 (negotiable based on experience)

• Rotating shifts (Monday - Friday):

  • Week 1: 7am - 4pm

  • Week 2: 10am - 7pm
