We are on the lookout for skilled and qualified teachers to join our dynamic supply team, supporting Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2 classes.

Your new role

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons and oversee classroom activities during teacher absences.
  • Adapt to diverse classroom settings and age groups, ensuring continuity of learning.
  • Implement effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive and engaging atmosphere.
  • Support students by clarifying lesson content and providing extra guidance where necessary.
  • Maintain open communication with school staff, offering updates on student progress and addressing any challenges encountered during the day.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Prior experience within a primary school setting.
  • A proven ability to manage classrooms efficiently and effectively.
