Goods In Inspector

JOB PURPOSE + SCOPE OF THE ROLE

Detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality. Full understanding of quality assurance processes. The Quality Assurance Inspector will work closely with production teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES + DUTIES

• Conduct first off inspections of parts at various stages of the production process to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with production staff to address quality issues.
• To interpret engineering drawings and written criteria, applying the requirements to verify product using various types of measuring equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and other quality assurance activities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and policies.
• Goods Inward inspection.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION (S) / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE

• Proven experience in a quality assurance role within a manufacturing or engineering environment is desirable.
• Knowledge of working with different grades of metal.
• Some experience of reading technical drawings.
• Knowledge of using a range of measuring equipment such as verniers etc. and maintaining records.
• Assists with the implementation of corrective actions.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey findings clearly.
• Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel.
