What You Will Do:

• Manage the shortage parts process, ensuring the smooth movement of parts between stores and build zones.
• Oversee the missing, damaged, or incorrect parts process within build operations.
• Coordinate rework activities, ensuring the correct processes are followed and parts are returned to support builds.
• Liaise with stakeholders such as Stores, Supply Chain, and Build Operations to ensure part kits are complete and resolve any issues.
• Investigate and resolve root causes of part pick issues using problem-solving methodologies.
• Create and manage pick kit matrices for each build, ensuring they are up to date and accurate.

What You Will Bring:

• Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VBA and Power Query), Tableau, or Power BI.
• Familiarity with parts tracking systems such as GPIRS or SAP, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A full UK driving licence.
• A data-driven mindset with experience in producing reports and analysing data from multiple sources.
