Our client is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support their growing commercial function in the Midlands area.
The role involves working with a quality mixed tenure product that utilizes both traditional and modern construction methods.
Candidates should have a proven track record in house building, preferably with experience in an SME operator, and demonstrate longevity of employment.
Attention to detail and strong collaboration skills with other development disciplines are essential for this position.
The salary for this role is competitive, and candidates should ideally have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience.

Our client is delivering a quality mixed tenure product across the Midlands area, incorporating traditional and modern methods of construction. Due to a continued growth of workload, there is an opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to augment and strengthen the commercial function. You will be able to show longevity of employment within house building and ideally with exposure to an SME operator. Attention to detail and a thorough and committed working culture is a must for our client, as well as the ability to liaise and integrate with other development disciplines.
