Job description

Our Blue Chip Client is looking to hire a a Quantity Surveyor to work within their Refurb and Kitchens and Bathrooms department.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experience QS to play a key role in pricing and commercial support across a variety of refurbishment projects. You will work closely with the Commercial and Operations teams to: deliver accurate costing, support tendering activities and help drive growth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and managing cost estimates for refurbishment works
  • Identifying and pursuing new tender opportunities
  • Liaising with Commercial and Operational teams to ensure accurate pricing and delivery alignment
  • Supporting ongoing contract delivery with real-time commercial oversight
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients

What you need to succeed:

  • Degree level education
  • Experience working with a variety of trades
  • Track record of delivery in a similar role
