We are looking for a reliable and proactive Property Manager to join our busy lettings team in Coventry.Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting Inventories, Routine Inspections, and Final Check-Outs
- Managing tenant and landlord relationships
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs
- Ensuring properties meet compliance standards
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- ARLA qualified would be a great advantage, but not essential - training support can be provided
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9.00am - 5.30pm
- Alternate Saturdays: 9.00am - 1.30pm
