Description
- Manage and deliver a portfolio of strategic projects and initiatives.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure alignment of project objectives and company goals.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams.
- Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project portfolio.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
Profile
A successful Programme Manager should have:
- Proven experience in Programme/Project management within the automotive/mechanical sector
- Experience working with automotive, mechanical or engineering clients
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
Job Offer
- A competitive daily rate of between £450-£600 per day, inside IR35
- 6 month contract, with high probability of further extension
