Link3 Recruitment are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic English Teacher to join a supportive secondary school in Coventry on a long-term basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a Qualified Teacher or an English graduate with teaching experience who is passionate about inspiring students and making a real impact in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Inspire students to achieve their full potential in English literature and language
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Effectively manage classroom behaviour and support student progress
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in English OR a Degree in English with teaching/instructional experience
- Strong knowledge of the English curriculum (KS3 & KS4)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A passion for teaching and motivating young learners
