ICT Teacher

The IT department is forward-looking, with excellent computer suites, access to the latest software, and a curriculum designed to develop practical computing skills alongside theory.

We’re looking for a dynamic IT Teacher to deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4 Computing and ICT. The successful IT Teacher will teach programming, digital literacy, cyber security, and support students on pathways towards technical qualifications such as GCSE Computer Science.

As the IT Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver a stimulating IT curriculum

• Prepare pupils for GCSE Computer Science and other qualifications

• Incorporate real-world applications and problem-solving into lessons

• Support extracurricular coding clubs and technology challenges

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Degree or professional qualification in Computer Science, IT, or related field

• Knowledge of current digital technologies and programming languages

• Ability to engage and inspire pupils with different learning needs
