Your new role
Supply teachers play a vital role in maintaining continuity in education, stepping in to support schools when regular staff members are unavailable. Temporary placements can often lead to long-term or permanent roles, offering valuable career opportunities.Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering engaging lessons across different subjects and year groups, ensuring students stay motivated and on track with their learning.
- Creating a positive classroom environment through effective behaviour management strategies that support focus and participation.
- Assessing student progress and sharing valuable feedback with permanent teaching staff to support ongoing development.
- Adapting to different school settings with ease, adjusting teaching approaches to suit the learning needs of diverse pupils.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Excellent communication and good classroom management
- Prior experience teaching within a primary school setting
