Aspire People are currently recruiting experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to join our expanding team in Coventry. We are a leading education recruitment agency with an excellent reputation, and we are looking for committed professionals who can support schools across the primary age range.

What are we looking for?
HLTA qualification (essential)
Experience working across the full primary age range
Strong knowledge of the national curriculum
Minimum of 2 years' experience in UK schools
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
Commitment to safeguarding (completion of our safeguarding course will be required)
SEN and EAL experience (advantageous)

An approachable, friendly, and adaptable personality
Strong understanding of safeguarding procedures
Excellent behaviour management skills
The ability to adapt quickly during lessons and provide effective support
