A well-established secondary Special Educational Needs school in Coventry is seeking an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team immediately This is initially a temporary position with strong potential to become permanent, so candidates must be seeking long-term/permanent employment.
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will provide vital support to students with a wide range of special educational needs, helping them access the curriculum and achieve their potential. You will work closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored support both in and out of the classroom.
Key Requirements:
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
Proven experience supporting students with diverse SEN needs
Ability to implement individual support plans and adapt to student needs
Commitment to a permanent position from September onwards
