Pure Staff have a fantastic job opportunity for hardworking and reliable administrator to join our client in Coventry. Our client specialises manufactures refrigerated cabinets and plant for the retail sector

Working hours

08:30am-17:30pm Monday to Friday

Pay rate

13.55 p/h

  • Details about this Service Administrator opportunity:

Review emails and requests from service partners to identify required parts

  • Select and ship a range of components (electrical, mechanical, glass doors, glycol, etc.)
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to meet delivery timelines
  • Monitor and report stock levels to support service efficiency
  • Communicate effectively with customers, clients, and service partners regarding:

-Job updates and ongoing works

-Orders and deliveries

-Changes or escalations

  • Support the call centre team when needed
  • Manage supplier orders for parts outside the standard contract
  • Occasionally assist with translation (client is an Austrian company)

Requirements:

  • Confidence with all Microsoft Packages.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Accuracy, Cost Conscience, Problem Solving or Look for support from team/others.
  • Inquisitive and willing to learn
  • Occasionally assist with translation (client is an Austrian company)
