Role Overview: As the Paid Social Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative paid social campaigns that drive engagement and conversions for our clients. You'll leverage your expertise in social media advertising to maximize ROI and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Conduct in-depth audience research and targeting strategies to optimize campaign performance.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad content and visuals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing paid social media campaigns, ideally within an agency environment. (min 2 years)

  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with tracking and reporting tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for ad campaigns.
