Pay Rate: ?35,000 - ?45,000
We are currently recruiting for a CMM Programmer for our client in Coventry. They are highly regarded and have earned a world-wide reputation as leading supplier of high-performance precision engineering solutions for global market leaders.
What's the job?
. Programming and Use of Coordinate Measuring Machines (MCosmos Mitutoyo software).
. Use of general measuring equipment including micrometers, surface testers and contour tracers
. Maintaining route card completion.
. Working within a team of quality related personnel.
. Working with First Article Reporting methods
. Ability to operate & communicate within all functions and levels within the business.
. Can use Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio, Word).
. Work to Local Works Instructions and Quality Control Documents.
. Must have a good eye for detail.
. Ensures adherence to the Environmental Health & Safety policy at all times
Knowledge, experience & qualifications
. Experience of CMM programming
. Able to demonstrate a good understanding of measurement evaluations
. Ability to work on own initiative.
. Ability to communicate at all levels of the business
. Compiling of FAIR reports for customers
. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, Powerpoint and Project
