Job Title: Trade Counter Worker

Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time (41.25 hours/week)
We are currently seeking a friendly, reliable Trade Counter Worker to join our team.
This is a permanent, full-time role working 5 days out of 6, which includes Saturdays on a rota basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Serving customers at the trade counter in a professional and helpful manner
Processing orders and handling customer enquiries
Stock control and keeping the counter area clean and organised
Supporting the warehouse and sales team when required
What We're Looking For:
A team player with good communication skills
Customer service experience preferred
Basic computer literacy
Plumbing and heating knowledge is an advantage, but not essential - full training will be provided
