The Role

To deliver and lead site-based projects for decontamination, deep cleaning, surface coating and infection control services and products.

Work as part of a team and/or supervise a team and contribute to the execution of the service strategy by focusing on delivering timely, high-quality, cost effective offerings, solutions and projects to the customer.

Execute service work according to work instructions and in accordance with company standard processes, quality standards and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and control the service delivery to the agreed specification and standard required by all contracts, measured by both qualitative and financial targets
  • Allocates, drives and monitors work to projects based on work content, delivery time and competencies. Effectively utilises available resources through proper planning and scheduling to meet delivery targets
  • Effectively learn, adopt and deliver new products, techniques and skills
  • Performs Service tasks as allocated from delivery through to obtaining signed certificate of completion
  • Ensures planning and execution of various Service activities carried out on site
  • Ensures that materials and components to service delivery are available while optimizing cost, stock and timing
  • Prepares all documents and reports to be signed by the customer representative

  • Experience in a similar position is essential
  • Accurate report writing skills
  • Able to work independently, understand problems and find solutions
  • Able to demonstrate customer focus
  • Willing to be flexible in terms of working hours
  • Full driving licence
