This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic learning environment and has the skills to guide learners through to final assessment.Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective teaching across NCFE Level 1, 2, and primarily Level 3 Health and Social Care courses.
  • Provide academic and pastoral support to learners to help them succeed.
  • Mark and assess end-of-year assignments and coursework in line with NCFE standards.
  • Contribute to the development of curriculum materials and learning strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of progress, assessment, and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Relevant teaching qualification (PGCE, CertEd, or equivalent).
  • Significant industry experience in the Health and Social Care sector.
  • Proven teaching experience at Level 3, preferably with NCFE modules.
  • Strong assessment and marking skills, particularly during end-of-year periods.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
