Temporary Site Administrator (3 Months)
Location: Fife
Hourly Rate: £12.50-£13.00ph
Start Date: 26th May

Are you an experienced administrator looking for your next temporary opportunity? We are currently recruiting for a proactive and organised Site Administrator to support a busy construction site for a 3-month period. This is a fantastic chance to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the site team
  • Maintain accurate site records, including timesheets, deliveries, and health & safety documentation
  • Assist with document control and filing systems
  • Manage site correspondence and respond to emails and phone calls
  • Organise meetings, take minutes, and coordinate calendars
  • Support with site inductions and onboarding of new staff

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a site-based or construction administration role is essential 
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Available to commit to the full 3-month duration
