What You’ll Be Doing- Leading shifts and being that calm, capable presence on the floor.
- Greeting guests like old friends and keeping our service smooth, slick and full of soul.
- Supporting, motivating and training your front of house team — and being their go-to when the pressure’s on.
- Handling issues with a cool head and turning tricky situations into positives.
- Making sure the restaurant looks, feels and performs at its best every day.
- A natural leader with hospitality running through their veins.
- Someone who knows how to bring the energy and still stay organised under pressure.
- A role model with an eye for detail, a team player with charm, and a problem-solver with presence.
- Someone who genuinely cares about guests and their team — and shows it.
- Ideally, experience in a similar role… but more importantly, a love for what we do.
