We have registered a fantastic opportunity to join our client at an exciting time, as a Medical Customer Service Representative. This is a key position within the company, acting as a liaison between customers and clinical staff. You must have a clinical background and strong demonstrable experience in a consultative customer facing role.
Medical Customer Service Representative Responsibilities
- Establishing professional relationships with customers to facilitate a smooth order process.
- Resolving customer queries promptly and professionally.
- Conducting all duties with the strictest of confidentiality.
- Facilitating discussions between customers and other team members.
- Communicating feedback on processes and tasks with team members.
- Supporting the Directors and other team members as required.

Medical Customer Service Representative Experience Essentials
To be successful in this role you must have significant and demonstrable experience within a customer facing, consultative role, within a clinical setting. If you have a life sciences degree this would be highly beneficial. You must be competent using Excel and PowerPoint, and it would be a bonus if you have experience using an order management system. You must be flexible, highly organised, comfortable working independently, and have a positive and proactive nature.
Medical Customer Service Representative Location
Our client is based just outside of Oxford.
The role is offered on a hybrid basis with a minimum of 3 days onsite. There is free parking available.
