Vibe Recruit's client based in Bridgend is looking to recruit an experienced Field Sales Executive. This is a full time, permanent role.

As an experienced Field Sales Executive, you will be able to confidently adapt to a varied customer base to suit each individual customer. You will maximise every opportunity, converting enquiries into sales and furthering relationships with existing customers.

Your Role:

As a Field Sales Executive, your main focus will be to generate appointments and prospect new opportunities to drive sales in a target-driven environment. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

  • Find and qualify potential leads, then plan, book, and attend customer meetings
  • Plan strategically, forecast, and price major works, including negotiating prices for repeat projects
  • Stay up to date with market trends and opportunities
  • Work closely with other departments within the business and the wider Group
  • Manage accounts, building relationships with both new and existing clients
  • Keep the customer database up-to-date

Experience needed:

  • At least 2 years of experience in direct or B2B sales
  • Background in industrial services (coatings, steel, fabrication, logistics, fixings, etc.)
  • Outgoing and confident building relationships with customers
  • Motivated by hitting targets
  • Comfortable speaking with decision-makers
