Job Title: Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias)
Salary: 42,000 per annum
Shift: Double Days - Monday to Friday

We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join a well-established industrial company based in Cradley Heath. This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer from heavy industry manufacturing or industrial background looking to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Electrical and mechanical maintenance across a range of bespoke machinery
Work on hydraulic and pneumatic systems, conveyors, and industrial motors
PLC fault finding and diagnostics
Carry out both reactive and planned maintenance tasks
Ensure minimal downtime and high plant efficiency
Support wider engineering and production teams with technical expertise
Ideal Candidate:
Strong electrical background with mechanical aptitude
Experience in an industrial or heavy industry environment
Confident working with PLCs, motors, conveyors, pneumatics, and hydraulics
Capable of fault finding and problem-solving on a variety of machinery
Team player with a proactive and safety-first mindset
