Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm

Smart Education is currently recruiting dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils in Years 7 to 11 in Cradley Heath. This role involves working with students who have social, emotional, and behavioural needs (SEMH).

About the Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the classroom teacher to provide tailored support to students, ensuring they can access learning in a supportive and engaging environment. Your role will involve one-on-one and small group interventions, focusing on helping students develop essential skills such as emotional regulation, resilience, and independence.
