Salary: Up to £25,000 (DOE) + uncapped commission

The Role

As a B2B Sales Executive at BCG Direct, you’ll play a key part in growing an existing client base and strengthening relationships.
 
This is a fast-paced, phone-based role where you’ll proactively contact prospective and lapsed business customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored product solutions. You’ll manage your own sales pipeline, nurture repeat business, and help drive revenue growth through excellent service and relationship-building. 

What you’ll do:

•  Call and engage prospective business clients to generate new opportunities
•  Reactivate dormant accounts and reconnect with previous customers
•  Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
•  Meet (and exceed!) your sales targets through tailored solutions and excellent service

What we’re looking for:

•  Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, or B2B account management
•  A confident communicator who builds rapport with ease
•  Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven
•  A proactive approach to managing your pipeline and closing deals
