Warehouse supervisor (PM shift)

Warehouse Supervisor (Evenings) - Moira

Salary: 35,000 per year + shift allowance

Hours: 4PM - Midnight (40 hrs per week) Days: Sunday-Thursday

The Role:

Our client is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join their busy team in Moira on a permanent basis. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, manage a small team, maintain hygiene standards, ensure accurate stock handling, supervise vehicle loading, and support production and logistics teams while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise warehouse staff, including attendance, performance, and task allocation
• Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards across the warehouse
• Oversee stock picking, storage, and vehicle loading
• Conduct regular checks and patrols to ensure efficient operations
• Ensure compliance with BRC and company procedures
• Support other supervisors with investigations, disciplinary, and grievance matters

Requirements:

Essential:

• Previous warehouse experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance/Reach)
• Computer literate

Desirable:

• Voice training experience
