What You'll Do

  • Take charge of your production line, leading from the front and ensuring a culture of performance, safety, and quality
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the line to ensure output, yield, and OEE targets are consistently met
  • Deliver hands-on coaching and guidance to line operatives, supporting onboarding and upskilling initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, quality control, and health & safety standards across your area
  • Collaborate with shift leaders, engineers, and planning teams to drive efficiency and minimise downtime
  • Support a lean manufacturing approach and contribute ideas for process improvement


What You'll Bring

  • Experience in a food production or FMCG environment (fresh, chilled, or prepared produce advantageous)
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for quality, detail, and operational flow
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills with a proactive, 'can-do' mindset
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts in a collaborative, target-driven environment
