A great opportunity has arisen for a Painter & Decorator to join a Social Housing contractor on a temporary basis covering Cramlington. The successful candidate will be available within short notice, have a painting/decorating qualification, have social housing experience and must have a driving license as you will be supplied with a van and fuel card.
8:00am until 17:00pm (Mon-Fri)
Pay Rate:
- 19.77 per hours (CIS or Umbrella rate)
Painter and decorator duties:
- Carry out carry out a range of Painting & Decorating related works within social housing properties, voids and occupied.
The Successful Painter and decorator will be required to:
- Ensure works are completed at a high standard within given time frames
- Carry out works allocated by appointments
- Have a valid UK Driving Licence
