Material Handler - Raw Material Handler
Location - Cramlington
Shifts - 4 days off/4 days on, 06:00 - 18:00
Pay Rate - 12.65 per hour
The Raw Material Handler is responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing raw materials to support production, ensuring accuracy, safety, and quality standards are met.
Key Duties
* Receive and check raw materials against delivery paperwork
* Label, store, and organise materials correctly
* Issue materials to production as required
* Record material movements accurately
* Support stock checks and inventory accuracy
* Follow GMP, safety, and quality procedures
* Operate pallet trucks or forklifts (if trained)
* Keep storage areas clean and organised
* Report damaged, expired, or incorrect materials
Requirements
* Ability to follow procedures and instructions
* Good attention to detail and accuracy
* Basic computer or record-keeping skills
* Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40-50 lbs
* Willingness to work shifts and onsite
Preferred (Not Essential)
* Previous warehouse or material handling experience
* Forklift licence or training

* PPE required (provided by site except safety boots)
