This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a supportive, busy and forward-thinking legal environment.You will be joining a highly regarded conveyancing department known for delivering excellent client service and enjoying strong relationships across local and regional markets. The firm has a long-standing presence in the area and is continuing to invest in its people and infrastructure.The Role Working closely with senior fee earners, your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting with end-to-end conveyancing transactions
  • Preparing legal documents and correspondence
  • Conducting searches and liaising with clients, agents and third parties
  • Assisting with case progression and file management
  • Managing diaries and post-completion requirements
You’ll be given the opportunity to build on your experience and take on more responsibility over time, with clear potential for progression to a fee-earning or more senior support role.About You To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • Previous experience in a residential conveyancing team (minimum 12 months preferred)
  • A strong understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction to post-completion
