Manpower engineering are currently looking to recruit an electrically biased maintenance engineer to join our client's small team. You will be joining a global leader, recognised as a great place to work, where the culture is relaxed, supportive, and free from unnecessary pressure.
In this role, you will be responsible for the production lines, plant machinery, and facilities running smoothly. You'll work largely on planned preventative maintenance, supporting site projects, and contributing to improvements that make a real difference to safety, efficiency, and quality.
You will need to commit to the following shift pattern with a degree of flexibility to cover holidays and/or sickness.
Earlies: (Apply online only) (Mon - Wed), (Apply online only) (Thurs), 0600 - 11.35 (Fri)
Lates: (Apply online only) (Mon - Wed), (Apply online only) (Thurs), (Apply online only) (Fri)
The successful candidate will have:
- A recognised engineering apprenticeship or equivalent qualifications.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
- Experience working in a production/manufacturing environment.
With knowledge of:
- AC/DC motors and drives (e.g. Bosch Rexroth, Lenze, Eurotherm)
- PLCs (e.g. Siemens, Allen Bradley)
- Pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- MEWP or PASMA training (advantageous)
