What you'll do:

Respond to customer enquiries and process policy changes
Manage renewals and support new product sales
Promote financial services and identify cross-selling opportunities
Ensure all activities comply with FCA regulations
Put the customer at the heart of every interaction

What you’ll need:

A confident, engaging personality, with a positive attitude
Great communication and relationship-building skills
Previous experience in sales, or customer service
GCSE Maths and English (Grade C/4, or above)
Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle
