What You’ll Be Doing
- Working from job sheets and technical drawings to meet daily production targets
- Picking and packing products accurately and efficiently for shipment
- Monitoring stock levels and assisting with restocking
- Maintaining product quality and ensuring correct storage from arrival to dispatch
- Operating workshop machinery and tools safely
- Keeping the workspace clean, organised, and compliant with HSE standards
- Supporting lean processes to reduce waste and boost efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- A methodical, organised approach to work
- A full UK driving licence (preferred due to site location)
- A reliable team player who takes pride in their work
