About the Role
Skilled Careers is currently recruiting for an experienced Traffic Marshal / Gateman to join a reputable site team in Hawkhurst (TN18). This is a 6-month contract offering consistent hours and competitive pay.
Key Responsibilities

Directing and controlling vehicle movement on and around the site entrance.

Ensuring safe access and egress of all delivery and construction vehicles.

Communicating effectively with drivers and site operatives to maintain site safety.

Monitoring visitor access and maintaining a secure site perimeter.
Requirements

Valid Traffic Marshal (Banksman) ticket

CSCS card (preferred)

Previous experience in a similar role

Strong awareness of health and safety practices
