Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and finalise various legal documents.
  • Assist in managing case files, tracking deadlines, and ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and filed.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing updates, answering queries and gathering necessary information.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and coordinating with other departments.
  • Work closely with fee-earners and other legal staff to ensure smooth workflow and effective case management.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:

  • LLB Law Degree required.
  • Minimum 1 years' experience as a paralegal.
