Quantity Surveyor

Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Procuring and letting subcontractor packages

  • Preparing and managing CVRs

  • Approving subcontractor payments

  • Managing final accounts

  • Collaborating with Buyers and Site Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and snag-free

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records throughout



What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role

  • Experience with both new build and refurbishment projects up to 20M

  • Confident in take-offs and remeasures

  • Passionate about construction with a desire to learn and progress

  • Previous experience working for a main contractor preferred
