My client, a reputable and well-established firm based near Cranbrook, is currently seeking a professional and proactive Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive office environment offering beautiful premises and convenient access via train.

The Role:

This is a dual-purpose position ideal for someone who enjoys both front-of-house responsibilities and behind-the-scenes administrative work. The successful candidate will manage reception duties and provide administrative support to the Wills and LPA Paralegal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and telephone enquiries
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post
  • Maintaining general office operations and supplies
  • Providing administrative support to the Wills and LPA department, including document preparation, filing, and correspondence
