Deputy Restaurant Manager

A beautiful inn with a popular restaurant and 6 boutique letting rooms. Having been open for a couple of years they are now entering a new phase and looking to push for awards and accolades. So, the Proprietor is now looking for a Deputy Manager to assist with the day to day running of the establishment.

The restaurant seats 40 covers and there is further seating in the garden for the summer months. They have recently recruited a very talented Head Chef and are looking to take the restaurant to the next level.

The menus are modern British with Mediterranean influences, and everything is made in house using fresh, locally sourced produce. The menus change regularly to reflect the seasons and give the chefs plenty of opportunity to demonstrate their creative flair.

To take the restaurant forward the proprietor would like to find an enthusiastic hospitality professional to work alongside and support them through this exciting period of growth.

The ideal Deputy Manager:
Will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A good knowledge of food and wine
Enjoy working within hospitality
Ensure a positive customer experience
Hands on approach with great attention to detail
Good IT skills
Plenty of common sense
