What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting teachers in delivering tailored lessons for students with ASD.
- Working one-to-one or in small groups to support learning, social skills, and emotional regulation.
- Assisting with classroom management, organisation, and resources.
- Helping students achieve their EHCP targets and celebrating progress.
Who We're Looking For
- Experience or interest in supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
- Calm, patient, and empathetic approach with strong communication skills.
- Flexible, collaborative, and committed to inclusive education.
- Level 2/3 TA qualification preferred, but training can be provided.
