We’re on the lookout for a motivated and detail-focused CNC Break Press Operator to join our busy manufacturing team. With your 2-3 years’ experience and ability to interpret engineering drawings, you’ll be crafting top-quality stainless steel panels that meet the highest standards — and you’ll be supported every step of the way with expert training and development opportunities.

• Programming and running our CNC brake press to produce stainless steel components up to 3mm thick with precision

• Working independently from engineering drawings to deliver flawless results every time

• Operating complementary machinery including guillotines, rollers, grinders, and drills safely and efficiently

• Maintaining an impeccable standard of workmanship and quality control at all times

• Championing continuous improvement, helping to reduce costs and speed up production without compromising quality

• Keeping your workspace tidy and prioritising safety to create the best environment for you and your team

• 2-3 years’ hands-on experience operating a brake press (CNC experience is a big plus!)

• Strong ability to read and work from engineering drawings with confidence

• A solid background in sheet metal fabrication and a keen eye for detail

• A proactive attitude with a hunger to learn — we provide full training on our machines!

• Experience with Ermak CNC HAP 3160

• Knowledge of Radan software

• Previous work on CNC punch machines
