What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll support our Sales, Operations, and Finance teams by:

Maximising the efficiency and output of the Sales Team

Providing top-tier service to both trade and consumer customers

Ensuring smooth and accurate operational workflows
Key Responsibilities

Confirm product availability with suppliers

Prepare proforma invoices and process client payments

Conduct pre-order checks and maintain internal deal trackers

Organise and manage digital deal files (SharePoint)

Verify supplier documents and ensure compliance with terms

Raise payment requests for approval

Coordinate inspection and delivery of goods

Maintain accurate, real-time records across internal systems
