Sales Support Coordinator

Our client is a rapidly growing company operating in the trading and distribution space. As their business continues to expand, they are looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales Support Coordinator to play a central role in their operations team.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll support our Sales, Operations, and Finance teams by:

  • Maximising the efficiency and output of the Sales Team

  • Providing top-tier service to both trade and consumer customers

  • Ensuring smooth and accurate operational workflows

Key Responsibilities

  • Confirm product availability with suppliers

  • Prepare proforma invoices and process client payments

  • Conduct pre-order checks and maintain internal deal trackers

  • Organise and manage digital deal files (SharePoint)

  • Verify supplier documents and ensure compliance with terms

  • Raise payment requests for approval

  • Coordinate inspection and delivery of goods

  • Maintain accurate, real-time records across internal systems
