Our client is a well-established law firm, they are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to work within their Private Client department. The purpose of this role is to assist a busy team and fee earner with their day to day to work, providing administrative and secretarial support.
Duties:
- Production of accurate and timely documents
- Contributing to the management of client files
- Liaising with clients and third parties by phone and in person
- Using digital dictation system to produce correspondence and other documentation
- Maintaining and updating client admin files
- Support with reception duties as and when required
- Meeting and greeting clients coming into the office
- Booking of meeting rooms
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years' experience as a Legal Secretary
- Strong and efficient secretarial skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience with audio transcription
- Extremely organised and excellent communication skills
- Strong IT skills
This role will be fully office based, working 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday from the office in Cranleigh.
