Our client, an established Print and document management company, is currently recruiting a Printer Service Engineer to join their Field Service team. The Printer Service Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and support of Canon printing devices, ensuring optimal performance for our clients.

Key Responsibilities for the Printer Service Engineer:

  • Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance on Canon printers (laser, inkjet, and multifunction devices).
  • Provide on-site support and troubleshooting for Canon printers at client locations.
  • Diagnose and resolve printer issues, including hardware malfunctions, software issues, and connectivity problems.
  • Conduct regular servicing and preventative maintenance on Canon devices to ensure maximum efficiency and lifespan.

Skills Required for the Printer Service Engineer :

  • Proven experience in repairing and maintaining Canon printers (laser, inkjet, and multifunction).
  • In-depth knowledge of Canon printing technology, including troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
  • Strong technical ability and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with different types of printers (e.g., small office to enterprise-level machines).
  • Driving License
